A little about Anita: Anita is one of our customer service representatives. She gets in every morning at the crack of dawn (usually before seven!) and begins processing our orders from the night before. She loves to cook, likes spicy things, but has FOUR young children so quick, easy to prepare dishes are often necessary. If you pick Anita's Choice, you'll receive 3 tins of Anita's favorites. All are packaged in four ounce round tins, net weights vary by product volume. Once you receive them, you may look on our website for recipe suggestions.
