Smoky, salty goodness!
Domestically harvested sea salt smoked over bourbon barrel staves that add a hint of smoke and a subtle oaky flavor reminiscent of aged Kentucky bourbon. It ROCKS on steak with just a little black pepper, fish, roasted vegetables. Remarkable on a sun ripened tomato.
We love to experiment creating dry rubs with a touch of this salt included.
