Citrus Sea Salted Trout

Serves 4


Ingredients:


4 Nice Sized Trout, Cleaned and Rinsed

4 Tsp Citrus Sea Salt

Fresh Herbs, Rosemary and Thyme

2 Sliced Lemons

4 Tsp Butter

Drizzle of Olive Oil




Preparation:


Preheat the oven to 350ยบ.    Place the fish in your baking vessel. I adore my cast iron skillet.  Season the inside cavity of the fish with Citrus Sea Salt and place herbs, 1 tsp butter and sliced lemons inside the cavity.  Season the out side with Citrus Sea Salt (both sides) of the fish and drizzle with a little olive oil.








Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked.  You can choose to remove the skin or eat it.



I served with a simple herbed rice and steamed green beans.
