Crunchy Greek Chickpeas

(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients:

1 15 oz. can of chickpeas

1 ½ tbsp. olive oil

Juice from ½ lemon

Zest from ½ lemon

 ½ tsp fresh ground pepper

 1 tsp. crushed sea salt

 1 ½ tsp. Milford Spice Company It’s All Greek to Me

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees 
  2. Rinse and pat dry chickpeas (remove as much water as possible)
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and MSC It’s All Greek to Me
  4. Add lemon zest and chickpeas to mixture
  5. Once chickpeas are evenly coated, add single layer to a baking sheet
  6. Roast in oven for about 35 minutes, or until golden and crisp

This is a great, healthy pub snack. Enjoy with your favorite IPA!
