Herb Roasted Chicken

Herbed Chicken: 1 3-4 pound whole chicken 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon each: MSC Savory, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, rub chicken lightly with olive oil and generously cover with the dry blend. A squeeze of lemon is a nice addition too! You may also stuff the chicken with lemon pieces. Place chicken in roaster pan and cook, uncovered, until internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Serve with lemon garnish on the side. Combines nicely with asparagus or rice.
