The term molé in Mexico stands for the sauce, sauce base, or dish prepared with the molé sauce. We have made making a molé dinner at home easier by doing the time consuming process of roasting and blending spices so you don't have to. Rub on poultry and pork before grilling. Use as a seasoning for a mole sauce or add to salsas.
