Ancho chile powder, ground espresso beans, spanish paprika, brown sugar, yellow mustard, sea salt, black pepper, Mexican oregano, coriander, ginger root and de arbol chile powder. This receives rave reviews! Try creating a sauce with berries, a little sugar, a little Mark's Espresso Rub II, some prepared liquid coffee and adding over the beef ribs. Yummy!

Literally, one of the very first spices I bought from Milford, and there's a good reason I continue to buy it - because there's NOTHING like it. In fact, everytime I tell people it combines ancho and espresso, they say, "Huh?! Where can I get that?!" - It is a steak staple. Dry rub it, cast iron that steak for 2 minutes on medium/high, flip, then 5 minutes at 425 in the oven in the same pan. Your wife will never divorce you, if you make a steak like that! ;-)
