Literally, one of the very first spices I bought from Milford, and there's a good reason I continue to buy it - because there's NOTHING like it. In fact, everytime I tell people it combines ancho and espresso, they say, "Huh?! Where can I get that?!" - It is a steak staple. Dry rub it, cast iron that steak for 2 minutes on medium/high, flip, then 5 minutes at 425 in the oven in the same pan. Your wife will never divorce you, if you make a steak like that! ;-)
