Aromatic and strongly-flavored smoked Lapsong Souchong black tea combines in a medley that is among our top favorites to use for grilling. We really love it on steak. 

It is flavorful, but not hot, so it suits most palates. This, along with our Big Easy Bourbon Molasses are spice blends that are making a splash at our weekend barbecues. Rub about 1 teaspoon per pound into your meat. You can always add more! 

Hand blended with the smoked tea, demerara sugar, sesame seeds, paprika, garlic, black pepper, fennel, rosemary, and marjoram.

My husband and I got this as a gift for Christmas. It has the best flavor. I'm buying a few more packages, and I hope Milford never stops making this blend. We like it on chicken and steak, but it really shines on pork. We make our own bacon from side pork, and we've found we don't even have to smoke the meat if we use this rub and then bake the meat in the oven.
