Our Tantalizing Thai rub works wonderfully for stir fries or Thai soups too! Carefully mixed from garlic, onion, paprika, lemon, coriander, hot cayenne, white pepper, basil, lemongrass and cilantro. Best of all it's salt free! One a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hottest, we'd say this is a 3-4. Use a little less for a nice, mild dish.
For a quick sauce, add one tablespoon to a blender with a can of coconut milk, two tablespoons fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar, a squeeze of lime juice, and 1/2 cup of peanut butter or other nut butter, maybe a tablespoon of freshly grated ginger too! . Blend well and add to soups or to skillet stir fry.
Excellent added to stir fry, add a little coconut milk and it creates a fabulous sauce.
