One Whole Roaster Chicken 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
Approximately 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro 
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice 
1 tablespoon MSC Adobo Lime
1 tablespoon minced garlic 

Combine all ingredients (except chicken!) in blender or food processor and blend until well combined Coat chicken well, be sure to get under skin Place chicken and all marinade in sealed container or freezer bag, let rest in refrigerator overnight. Add chicken and all marinade to slow roaster and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cilantro rice, quinoa or a light salad.
