Makes 3 Servings


2 Lbs Gourmet Gary’s Prawns

2 Tbsp Oil of Choice, I used EVOO

1 tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Louisiana Blackened Seasoning


Preparation:


Thaw the prawns in the fridge the night before.  


Place prawns in a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and Louisiana Blackened Seasoning.  

See how big the prawns are!! 

Mix gently and marinate in fridge for an hour.

Heat the other 1 tbsp of olive oil with the butter in a cast iron skillet.  Let it foam;

and add the prawns.  

Cook one minute on first side and about 2 minutes on 2nd side.  You want them to be just pink.  Residual heat will finish the cooking process as you plate and serve.  Fabulous flavors on these plump, sweet prawns.

Serve this with our Lemon Risotto, fantastic flavor combination.  Hope you enjoy!
