Have you tried our Bourbon Barrel Smoked Black Pepper? Smoked with Kentucky bourbon barrel staves, the rich smokey aroma and flavor will blow you away. Don't like smoke? You can try this with coarse black pepper instead.
You'll need: 4 Ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
1 heaping tablespoon Milford Spice Company Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
*****you may also like a touch of Cha Cha Chipotle Powder for a punch, we would add about a 1 teaspoon to this recipe and also a touch of sugar, perhaps 1 teaspoon)
Combine the MSC Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pepper with salt.
Rub steaks with a very light coating of olive oil.
Rub in the spices, pressing well in to the meat.
Let rest, uncovered, for about thirty minutes.
Grill to desired temperature, we prefer medium rare.
Serve immediately, we suggest alongside fresh grilled asparagus or green beans. Yum!

Great recipe! It also works well in a skillet (grill pan is even better) on the stove! I want to add that you can cut a clove of garlic in half and rub it on both sides of your steak for a nice garlic hint. I recommend serving this with a compound butter (butter blended with parsley and roasted garlic).
