Makes 4-6 Servings
2 Lb Shrimp (the larger the better)
2 Tbsp Big Easy Bourbon Molasses
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
Begin by removing the shells from out shrimp, place in bowl. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and then add 2 tbsp of Big Easy Bourbon Molasses and gently toss together.
Let this marinate in fridge for about an hour.
Remove from fridge.
In a skillet (I like cast iron) heat remaining olive oil.
When medium hot add the shrimp.
Let them sauté for about a minute then add the butter and turn the shrimp.
Let cook for about another minute until they are light pink.
They will continue to cook while you dish up. Overcooked shrimp become very rubbery!
Serve with Grits and Greens, Rice or on a Salad!
So easy and soo good! Mmmmm.
