1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Honey Chipotle
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cilantro, for garnish
Cook thawed and cleaned shrimp over medium heat in olive oil until opaque and cooked through. During the last minute of cook time, add Honey Chipotle and toss to coat. The honey will provide a nice glaze.
Serve on small plates or on skewers, garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
