Serves 12

1 Pkg Aunt Nee’s Guacamole Spice Mix

2 Large or 3 Small Avocados

1 Tomato

1 Medium Pumpkin

Tortilla Chips

Start by carving the pumpkin. Cut off the top, scoop out the seeds and membrane. Cut out the eyes and make sure to cut the mouth so the it looks like pumpkin in spitting something out.

Cut the avocados in half and retain the pits. Place pieces in a mortar or bowl. Mash avocados and add the Aunt Nee’s Guacamole Spice Mix. Mix/Mash together to a consistency that you like. You can, if you wish, add a teaspoon or two of sour cream.

The guacamole benefits to sit for about 30 minutes before use. Place the avocado pitts back into the prepared guacamole and cover the surface with plastic wrap. This really helps prolong the beautiful color and prevents the browning. Refrigerate until ready to use.
