It's all Greek to Me Slow Cooker Chicken: 2 Bone in, skin on chicken breasts 1 Cup chicken stock 2 tablespoons MSC It's All Greek to Me blend juice of one lemon 1/2 teaspoon olive oil 1 garlic clove 1 medium onion, chopped 1 teaspoon corn starch Apply olive oil and It's All Greek to Me to chicken breasts, cover liberally. Place chicken in slow cooker. Add chicken stock and juice of lemon, garlic and onion. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Remove pan juices and strain, adding strained liquid to medium saucepan and retaining onion/garlic to add to gravy. Remove two tablespoons of the liquid mix from the pan and mix well with corn starch to create a slurry. Add slurry slowly to pan, continue until desired consistency is obtained. Serve chicken over rice or potatoes, add gravy and top with onion and garlic is desired. Garnish with lemon wedge.
