Kenny's East Texas Cajun Chicken with cajun cream sauce: 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
3 cups heavy cream 
1 tablespoon Kenny's East Texas plus 1 teaspoon for dry rub Coat chicken breasts 

Cook on grill over medium heat (or can also be baked at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, or until safe internal temperature is reached) Meanwhile, heat cream over medium heat in small saucepan (approximately 4-5 minutes) Add spice blend and combine well. Plate chicken when well cooked and serve drizzled with sauce. For a thicker sauce, a tablespoon flour can be added as a thickening agent. 

Also delicious with veggies added like onion and peppers. Try it with shrimp too!
