MSC Breakfast Sausage

Be the star of your brunch with homemade sausage! Combine 1-2 tablespoons with 1 lb ground pork, turkey or venison. Let rest overnight in refrigerator. Form into patties and cook in oil until done over medium heat. You will never buy sausage again! 

Hand blended from cracked fennel seed, sage, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, crush red pepper, coarse sea salt and coarse black pepper.
