The granulated honey creates a fabulous crust—be careful when cooking that you cook over indirect heat—the honey will cook fast (like sugar).

Honey Chipotle Pecans
2 cups unsalted pecans
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Honey Chipotle
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat butter and pecans over medium heat, being careful not to burn. Approximately five minutes. Add Honey Chipotle to taste (we like 1–1.5 tablespoons). Blend until pecans are covered then remove from heat. Place on foil covered cookie sheet, bake for approximately 8–10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container. Delicious!
