This salt is smoky and intense, just the way I like it! It is versatile, and wonderful when you love smoke flavor, but not the time or resources to smoke the meat. I have used it in chili, pulled pork, on pretzel bread, grilled chicken, and many more! I think the tin it comes in is junk (the view part of the lid came off completely), but I moved the salt into my own tin and it is fine. Came back to get some more!!
