Aromatic and strongly-flavored smoked Lapsang Souchong black tea combines in a medley that is among our top favorites to use for grilling. We really love it on steak. The tea leaves are smoked over pine wood to give it a unique and fabulous flavor.
It is flavorful, but not hot, so it suits most palates. This, along with our Big Easy Bourbon Molasses are spice blends that are making a splash at our weekend barbecues. Rub about 1 teaspoon per pound into your meat. You can always add more! Try it on steak, chicken and fish!
