With the new year upon us we are looking for opportunities to make healthy changes to our diet. Lately, we've incorporated spices into our warm almond milk or
coffee for a yummy and purportedly healthy treat. It's easy to research all the benefits of the included spices. Try it in tea, coffee, or warm almond or other warm beverage. I usually add a half teaspoon to coffee and blend it with Kerrygold butter and a little MCT oil for my take on the popular coffee drink. Also great in yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal or chia pudding.
