Serves 6

1 Quart Jar Canned Peaches
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 1/2 Cup Oates
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Flour
5 Tbsp Butter-room temp


Preheat over to 350 Degrees

To start, lets drain the peaches in a colander making sure you save every drop of peach syrup in a small sauce pan.

Place drained peaches in a bowl and toss with 1/2 Tbsp of Corn starch.

Place saucepan on stove and whisk in 1 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch.  Whisk until it dissolves completely.  Then whisk in 1 Tsp of MiMoms Pumpkin Pie Spice.  Let this simmer and reduce until it is thick .  Keep a close yet on it because it can go  from thick to burnt very quickly (10 minutes or so)!

While that is reducing lets make the crumble.  In a bowl combine the oats, flour, 1/4 Tsp MiMoms Pumpkin Pie Spice and brown sugar.  Using your hands add the butter and work mixture until it is very crumbly.

Toss the reduced syrup with the peaches and pour into a greased baking dish and top with the crumble.

Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.  Top with vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
