Milford Spice Company - Nashville Hot

This spice blend is one of our newest blends, making it easy to create the sauce for the popular Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich. It has quite a kick, but the flavor is amazing, and we hope it'll become one of your new favorites too, it certainly has been met with rave reviews from our testers!

This blend is not just a one trick pony, as it is also delicious as a dry rub for proteins, we've even tried it blended with oil, vinegar and agave for a zesty salad dressing or marinade.

Sauce:

1 stick of butter

1 Tablespoon Nashville Hot (more or less, to taste)

1 Tablespoon honey or agave (again, more or less, to taste)

Combine in a saucepan over low heat, be sure to mix well. Serve over fried chicken as a traditional application, or it's fantastic on wings or grilled chicken, too. The sauce will separate, simply mix it again. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Hand blended from cayenne, sea salt, demerara sugar, yellow mustard, garlic, black pepper and paprika.
