Serves 4
1/3 cup lime juice
splash of orange juice
1 heaping tablespoon of Milford Spice Company Recado Rojo
****you may also add a clove or two of fresh garlic*****
Blend juices and spices in a blender or food processor, adding more as needed until a paste is formed.
Rub well into pork chops, place in covered pan and let rest in refrigerator for several hours of overnight.
Grill to desired temperature.
Serve with refried beans and Mexican rice.
Delicious!
