Serves 4

4 Large, Ripe Bananas

4 Tbsp Butter, in pieces

4 Tbsp Dark Rum (or Apple Cider for Kiddos)

2 Tsp Saigon Cinnamon

4 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar

4 Sheets of Heavy Duty Foil

Preheat grill to medium-high.

This recipe could not be simpler.  Place banana on cutting board and slice down the middle, be careful not to go all the way through.

Place sliced banana on a sheet of foil and place the pieces of butter inside the sliced banana.  Add the brown sugar, Saigon Cinnamon and drizzle the rum on top (for kiddos use apple cider).  Wrap tightly and grill for 15 minutes.

The bananas caramelize and taste absolutely amazing!  Something easy to impress the guests!

I served this with some vanilla ice cream.
