Savory Stuffing:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped onion
4 cups of dried bread crumbs
1 cup (more or less) turkey or chicken stock
1 tablespoon (more or less) Milford Spice Company Savory Stuffing blend
Melt butter and saute onion for 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Add celery. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Add Savory Stuffing blend. Pour in to metal bowl, add bread crumbs and toss with stock.
At this point you can either place in a 9 x 13 baking dish (sprayed) and bake for 20-30 minutes on about 350 degrees. A new favorite way for us to make them is to place the stuffing in muffin tins - spray them first - and be sure stuffing is slightly mounded. Cook for about 20-30 minutes on 350 (be sure to watch they don't burn), and your guests will enjoy a delicious, crispy stuffing muffin!

The only problem is that there isn't savory stuffing blend for sale here.
