1 Rack Beef Short Ribs
1 Tablespoons Milford Spice Co Awesome Onion Soup
1 package low sodium beef stock
2 cups chopped onions, carrots, celery and 1 teaspoon of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Add oil to large saute pan.  If ribs are too large to fit nicely in pan, cut in half. 
Sear ribs on all side - approximately3-4 minutes per side, over medium heat.
Place vegetable blend on bottom of slow cooker.  Place ribs on top.  Cover (at least halfway up) with beef stock.  Sprinkle with Awesome Onion Soup blend.  You may add additional water if necessary.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.  Add water if necessary.
May be cooked ahead of time and placed in refrigerator.  Fat is easily removed from pot after being cooled, then can be reheated in crock pot.  Tender and delicious!
(We like to serve with horseradish mashed potatoes, broth makes a great gravy too!)
