2 Cans vegetarian refried beans
1 lb of ground beef or turkey
2 tablespoons Taco Tuesday Shaker
1 cup shredded cheese (we use the Mexican Blend)
Taco shells, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, or any other taco fixings you desire.
Brown meat over medium heat on stove top.
Drain oil, add taco seasoning and about 1 cup of water. Blend and cook down for about 10 minutes
Add meat to slow cooker, I also add jalapenos and diced onions for extra flavor.
Add refried beans
Allow to cook on low 2-3 hours or on high for one hour
Serve with taco shells or tortillas and sour cream, extra cheese, lettuce, salsa.
