We love roasted pumpkin seeds with just a little sea salt, or combined with a variety of spices.  The possibilities are endless, but here is a basic recipe, and some of our favorite combinations:
Be sure to clean up the seeds as much as possible.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a cookie sheet with foil.  Mix about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil with your favorite spices, then coat the pumpkin seeds by mixing them all together.  Spread on the cookie sheet, and heat until the seeds are starting to brown - about 12-15 minutes.

MSC Bourbon Barrel Smoked Paprika and Sea Salt
MSC Chili Powder and brown sugar
MSC Cayenne, nutmeg, and honey
Kenny's East Texas Cajun (salt free too!)
Citrus Sea Salt
