Serves 3-4


3 Eggs, Hardboiled

1 Tsp Adobo Lime

1 1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1/2 Tsp Mustard

Black Olives

Dusting of Smoked Paprika


Hard boil your eggs and let them cool. Peel them and slice them in half. Use a spoon to gently remove the egg yolk into a bowl. Add the Mayonnaise, Adobo Lime and mustard. Mash mixture. Place back into egg whites.





Now for the fun part! Let’s make spiders. Cut the olive in half. Use one half as the body, slice the other half of the olive and use as legs. I also used an end piece as the face. Lastly, I dusted the plate with Smoked Paprika to give it some color. And it tasted so good too!
