(serves 4-5)


12 oz. fresh brussel sprouts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tsp. Milford Spice Company’s Black Truffle Salt

½ lemon, juiced 

1 tsp. sea salt


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Slice brussel sprouts in half and toss with olive oil, sea salt, and lemon juice
  3. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and add MSP’s Black Truffle Salt
  5. Serve warm
