Serves 4


2 1/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast

1 Tsb Sugar

1 Tbsp Evening in Tuscany

1 Cup Warm Water

3 Cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 Tsp Salt (add to flour)

1 Tbsp Olive Oil


In the bowl of your stand mixer, add the warm water, sugar and yeast. Give a quick stir and let it “bloom” for 10 minutes. Blooming gets it foaming and bubbling, activating the yeast.


Place bowl back on stand mixer, attach dough hook and add flour/salt and Evening in Tuscany. Let your mixer do its magic for about 10 minutes. Until your dough is smooth and firm.



Using olive oil, oil a clean bowl and place dough in bowl. Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise for two hours.


Divide dough in to four balls. You can now use of freeze. If you freeze, let thaw on counter 4-6 hours before use.
