Unseasoned dry quinoa
1 can of diced tomatoes (or any variation of tomatoes you prefer)
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon Milford Spice Company's An Evening in Tuscany
Prepare quinoa as indicated to yield two servings. Drain tomatoes well, add to quinoa. Add An Evening in Tuscany and combine.
Serve with sliced avocado.
Not sure what previous commenter means. I love Mikford Spice! I know they are small and had a few start up hiccups a few months back, but seem to have it together now. I like patronizing the local businesses.
