Dressings & Vinaigrettes
Makes 4 Servings
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
1 Lg Cucumber, Diced
16 Oz Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
2 Oz Spiced Nuts
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Wordhouse Wow
Croutons
Preparation:
In a small ramekin add the oil and the Wordhouse Wow. Add the vinegar, a pinch of salt and whisk to combine. Let sit about 5 minutes for the herbs to bloom.
Wordhouse Wow is such a pretty blend of herbs!
Put together your veggies for the salad. We added some nuts for texture.
Shake the the dressing and pour the vinaigrette on salad and toss.
Serve with croutons.
