3 large ripe hass avocados halved, seeded and peeled
1 large or 2 small limes juicedMilford Spice Company’s Adobo Lime1/2 a small onion diced (red or white) 1 large jalapeño seeded and chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped pinch of salt & pepper1 tsp ground
Add the avocado halves to a medium size mixing bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the avocados and toss well to coat. Add Milford Spice Company’s Adobo Lime. Using a fork or potato masher, lightly mash the avocados so it’s still al little chunky.
Fold in the diced onion, chopped jalapeño, cilantro and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
