INGREDIENTS:

3 large ripe hass avocados halved, seeded and peeled

1 large or 2 small limes juiced1 tsp ground Milford Spice Company’s Adobo Lime1/2 a small onion diced (red or white)1 large jalapeño seeded and chopped1/4 cup fresh cilantro choppedpinch of salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:


Add the avocado halves to a medium size mixing bowl. 



Squeeze the lime juice over the avocados and toss well to coat. Add Milford Spice Company’s Adobo Lime. Using a fork or potato masher, lightly mash the avocados so it’s still al little chunky. 


Fold in the diced onion, chopped jalapeño, cilantro and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
