2 - 8 oz Sea Bass Fillets
3 Tsp Big Easy Bourbon Molasses
1/2 Loaf of Ciabatta or other bread, Cubed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mixed Baby Greens
2 Tbsp Vinaigrette
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place the fish on a cookie sheet skin side down, spray the Sea Bass lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle each fillet with 1 tsp Big Easy Bourbon Molasses seasoning.
Bake the fish for about 20 minutes, until the Sea Bass is opaque and starts to flake.
While the fish is baking, make the croutons. Toss the cubed bread with 1 tsp of Big Easy Bourbon Molasses, grated parmesan and olive oil. Bake on separate cookie sheet in oven with fish for 10 minutes, or until nicely browned, they will get crunchy as they cool. Remove from oven and let cool until the fish is done.
To assemble, toss the vinaigrette with the baby greens, place fish (remove skin gently from bottom) on top and sprinkle on the croutons. So simple, yet fantastic!
