3 sweet potatoes, cut into matchsticks
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Milford Spice Company’s Kenny’s East Texas Cajun
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
1 tsp flaky salt (optional)
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash sweet potatoes and slice into matchsticks.
Place the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet and toss with olive oil, Milford Spice Company’s Kenny’s East Texas Cajun, and a large pinch each of salt and pepper.
Spread the fries out in an even layer. Do not overcrowd the pan. If needed, divide the fries between 2 baking sheets.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip, and return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes more.
Pull out of oven once tender and crisp. Sprinkle with flaky salt (optional).
