Honey Chipotle Cheesecake

3lb cream cheese
¾ cup heavy cream
6 eggs
2 ¾ cups sugar
1.5 T vanilla
½ cup sugar
½ cup pistachio
2 cups ground graham cracker
½ cup melted butter
½ pouch of MSC Honey Chipotle

Mix graham, honey chipotle, and butter press into springform pan bake 10 min at 350

Cream the cream cheese and sugar, heavy cream, slowly add eggs and vanilla till incorporated.

Cook second amount of sugar till dark amber color add the rest of the packed of honey chipotle pour over the pistachios, let cool, pulse in food processer fold into the cream cheese.

Bake at 325 for 2 to 2.5 hours in a water bath until done.
