Shrimp Bisque

1cup chopped celery
1cup chopped carrot
2cups chopped Spanish onion
1/2 Tablespoon garlic
1 Tablespoon Wordhouse WOW
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 cup sherry
1 qt shrimp stock
1 qt heavy cream
3-4 oz of roux
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla


Sweat mirepoix (veggies) 
add garlic, deglaze with sherry, reduce by half, add stock, heavy cream, Wordhouse WOW, and bay leaves simmer reduce by ΒΌ

Puree soup, thicken with roux till desired thickness.
Add lemon and vanilla season with salt and pepper


Sauté shrimp with Wordhouse WOW seasoning and top the soup with it. Enjoy!
