Zahtar lamb

Ingredients:
Frenched lamb rack

(Mix together)
ΒΌ cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup of Tahini
1T MSC Zahtar Blend

Crust:
(Mix together)
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2T MSC Zahtar Blend
2 oz melted salted butter

Mint oil: 

1 Cup olive oil
4 oz mint
1 oz chive.

Puree let set for 24 hours

Directions:

Season and sear lamb, coat with the mustard mix then press into the bread crumbs, roast lamb at 350 till internal temp is 130

Rest and slice then Enjoy!
