1 pkg store-bought pizza dough (I use Tiseo’s, thawed)
1 1/2 Tbs Milford Spice Company’s Johnny Pizza
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
2 oz baby spinach
Banana peppers, optional

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees for at least 30 minutes before baking.

Place the ball of pizza dough in a lightly greased 12 inch cast iron or oven-safe skillet. Drizzle olive oil on top of the dough. Use your fingertips to push the dough out to almost the edge of the skillet. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, if time allows.

Add a small drizzle of oil to a medium pan and when it shimmers hot, add spinach and stir constantly until the spinach is bright green and wilted.  Set aside.

To assemble. Drizzle the dough lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp Milford Spice Company’s Johnny Pizza evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch for the crust. Add a handful of mozzarella, then spoon over the marinara sauce, don't spread the sauce, just plop it down where you’d like it in little spoonfuls. Add the  spinach, tomato, and onion.

Top that with the remaining mozzarella, then feta cheese and banana peppers, if you choose.
